Also, a court in America has just ruled that nothing created by AI can be copyrighted, so once you've created something, you can't stop people stealing it.
It would almost be funny to just duplicate the entire output of one of these AI authors, and see what they do. Though of course that would then add to the problem...

I can't even imagine the feeling of empty triumph you'd feel after "publishing" a book which was written by a machine.
I don't care how much guidance and input you can give an AI, that just isn't writing.
